Spencer Rascoff is the chief executive officer of Zillow Group and oversees the company’s portfolio of real estate and home-related brands, including consumer brands Zillow, Trulia, StreetEasy, HotPads and Naked Apartments. Since becoming CEO, Spencer has led Zillow through its 2011 IPO and 12 acquisitions. In 2015, Spencer co-wrote and published his first book, New York Times’ bestselling “Zillow Talk: Rewriting the Rules of Real Estate.” Spencer is also the host of “Office Hours,” a monthly podcast featuring candid conversations between prominent executives on leadership and management topics. Spencer is well-versed in a variety of topics, both company and industry related. Spencer is the primary spokesperson for Zillow Group’s business and financial news, as well as investor conferences and events.
Co-founder, Executive Chairman
Rich Barton is co-founder and executive chairman of the board of Zillow Group and served as the company's first chief executive officer from 2005 until September 2010. Before co-founding Zillow, Rich served as president, chief executive officer and board director at Expedia, which he founded inside Microsoft at age 26 and then spun out through a successful IPO in 1999. Amy Bohutinsky is the chief operating officer of Zillow Group. Dr. Stan Humphries is the chief analytics officer of Zillow Group. Stan oversees the company’s financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, economic research, data science and engineering, marketing and business analytics, and pricing analytics. Stan also serves as chief economist for Zillow Group and can offer insight into real estate data and economic issues, housing policy; as well as how big data is shaping the future and changing how we create, consume and distribute information. In 2015, Stan co-wrote and published his first book, the New York Times Best Seller “Zillow Talk: Rewriting the Rules of Real Estate.”

Jeremy Wacksman is the chief marketing officer of Zillow Group. Jeremy oversees marketing as well as product management and strategy for Zillow Group and its portfolio of brands. Jeremy can share the company's challenges and successes building the Zillow brand into a household name, growing the Zillow audience, and building innovative products that delight millions of consumers. As a mobile first innovator, he can also provide insights for engaging discussion on where the overall mobile industry is headed.
Vice President & General Manager, Mortgages
Erin Lantz is the vice president of mortgages for Zillow Group. Under her leadership since mid-2010, she has built one of Zillow Group’s fastest growing and most profitable businesses. Just prior to Zillow, Erin was Senior Vice President at Bank of America where she led the Direct-to-Consumer purchase home loan business. Before entering the mortgage industry, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group. She also serves on the board of directors of Washington Federal and TrueCar. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated summa cum laude and phi beta kappa and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
