Dotloop and Navica MLS Services Launch "Loop It" to Streamline Real Estate Transactions

New "Loop It" integration within MLS software helps agents increase productivity

Sep 12, 2017

CINCINNATI, Sept. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Dotloop®, a leading platform for simplifying the real estate buying and selling process, today announced the first "Loop It" integration of its kind with a multiple listing services (MLS) provider – Systems Engineering Inc.'s Navica multiple listing service (MLS) software. Real estate agents use Navica MLS Services to look up and evaluate relevant information necessary to coordinate home sales.

As part of the integration, a dotloop "Loop It" button is available within the Navica MLS software that offers unique benefits for users of both Navica and dotloop. Real estate professionals now quickly begin a new transaction from a home listing featured within the MLS. Additionally, agents can prefill that transaction in dotloop with key property details and other listing data.

"Everyone involved in the real estate transaction wins when day-to-day processes become more streamlined and efficient," said Austin Allison, founder and general manager of dotloop. "Our partnership with Navica is another step in dotloop's journey to expand the real estate ecosystem, meeting the needs of real estate professionals wherever they are on whichever platforms they use."

"We are always looking for opportunities to offer agents the ability to increase productivity and accelerate data entry for their real estate transactions," said Mike Conway, vice president of MLS Marketing at Navica. "This integration enables our real estate agents to improve how they get deals done for their clients."
